A Black and White Ball for singles (and couples) will be held Saturday, Nov. 14th at Carmichael Presbyterian Church, 5645 Marconi Ave. Carmichael, sponsored by Christian Singles Network (CSN). Doors open at 6:45 p.m. The event is open to the public and is a non-alcohol event. This is the biggest dance of the year.

Richard Kowaleski will teach the Fox Trot at 7 p.m. and DJ Dale from Allstar Entertainment plays all types of dance music from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. All ages are welcome. Dress is semi-formal, formal, or party attire. Jacket and tie are suggested for men. All ages are welcome.

A mix of rock and roll, ballroom, Latin, and country music is played at all dances. The ticket price of $15 presale or $20 at the door includes hors d’oeuvres and desserts, non-alcohol beverages, a dance lesson and the DJ dance until 11:30 p.m. Volunteers attend for free. Presale discounted dance tickets are available online at www.christiansinglesnet.com.

CSN is not affiliated with any one church and has sponsored retreats, cruises, seminars, concerts, weekly dinners, and monthly dances for the past 23 years. Membership is not necessary to attend, although members get a $5 discount at the door. All ages and all denominations are welcome. CSN dances draw singles and couples from the Sacramento area, the foothills, and beyond—to even Reno and the Bay Area.

To receive more information about activities, directions, or to volunteer call the office at (530) 878-8606. The website, www.christiansinglesnet.com, includes directions to the dance as well as information about upcoming event. The next dance after this is Saturday, Dec. 5th, the Christmas Dance, and will be held at Roseville Veterans Hall, 110 Park Drive, Roseville, next to Royer Park.
