SAHRA Announces 2016 Board of Directors

The Sacramento Area Human Resource Association (SAHRA) is pleased to announce their 2016 Board of Directors that was elected by the SAHRA membership in late October and installed on Dec. 5th, 2015:

President- Julie Worley, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, Roseville

President-Elect and Conference Chair- Kenneth Rodriguez, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, Natomas

Secretary and Volunteer Coordinator-Brenda Roach, SPHR, Carmichael

Treasurer- Regina Kyaw, Rancho Cordova

Immediate Past President- Ruth Jensen, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, Sacramento

Vice President, Career Management- Sandy Dudley, SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP, Sacramento

Vice President, Member Services- Shannon Zajec, Rocklin

Vice President, Professional Development- Gennifer Lendahl-Gonzales, Antelope

Vice President, Public Relations and Marketing- Lynn Greene, Sacramento

Vice President, Workforce Readiness- Diane Carr, Sacramento

With over 600 members, SAHRA is the premier human resources association in the Greater Sacramento Region, representing the industry in all areas of the Sacramento Valley: Sacramento Proper, West Sacramento, Davis, Yolo, Roseville, Foothills North (cities and communities along Interstate 80 up to Auburn), Foothills (cities and communities along Highway 50 up to Placerville) and Elk Grove. Each year, SAHRA members have access to a full agenda of learning and certification opportunities, educational events, networking opportunities, recognition and business benefits tailored to their area of human resources expertise and needs.

“On behalf of the 2014-2015 SAHRA Board of Directors, I am pleased to welcome, both new and returning members, to the 2016 Board of Directors,” said Julie Worley, SAHRA’s new president. “The SAHRA Board of Directors plays an important role in providing support to SAHRA members and the various legal, HR certification and industry needs the association provides.”
