Riemer brings to the District more than 30 years of public service and administrative experience, specializing in the field of parks and recreation. Riemer served as the Interim Parks Director for the El Dorado Hills Community Services District, and as a consultant to the City of Martinez and the Town of Ross in California. Riemer has also worked as an educator for the Rocklin Unified School District.

“The Board is excited about having the opportunity to work alongside Mr. Riemer as he steers the District during this transition period,” said CRPD Board of Directors Chair Rick Sloan. “I am confident that the unanimous choice by my fellow board members was a wise one.”

Riemer will serve as the Interim District Administrator while the District conducts an extensive nation-wide search for a new District Administrator.
