El Dorado Hills Event: Halloween Spooktacular
October 31st - Tuesday - 3- 6pm, Town Center Boulevard.
The Halloween Spooktacular is a Town Center favorite and will feature trick-or-treating from 3-6pm at participating Town Center businesses. A costume contest for kids, families, and dogs will begin at 5pm in the Steven Young Amphitheater with categories for Most Creative, Hero/Villain or Princess, Cutest, Most Scariest and Best Group or Family.
